You may occasionally find that the Exfoliating Matcha Mask product comes out of the tube more slowly. This could happen if the natural green tea leaves get stuck in the tip of the product tube. The easiest way to solve this issue if it occurs is to put the lid back on your product, turn it over and gently tap the flattened end on your bathroom counter (or other flat surface). This should allow some air to free the opening of the tube and when you remove the cap the product will flow freely again.
