How do I get a refund?

We will then issue you an RMA number (Return Merchant Authorization) number which will be sent via email (Print this document). When you return your products for a refund, please send all products that were purchased along with the printed document with the RMA number.

Please note, we strongly recommend that when you send your items back for a refund that your select a shipping method that provides a tracking number. This is the only proof of return you will have should your items get lost in transit and without it you will not be provided with your refund.
