How do I track my package?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email from us as soon as your package is shipped. It takes about 24 to 48 hours after placing order.

Our national carrier partner is UPS with USPS providing last mile delivery service to your door. Your UPS/USPS tracking number will be sent with your shipment confirmation email.

You can track your shipment 2 ways:

1) You can contact your personal concierge team at and simply ask your question. We will provide an answer as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours

2) Track your shipment via your UPS tracking number by visiting here: UPS TRACKING. (Tracking number provided in shipment confirmation email)

If you find that UPS cannot track your parcel, please contact your personal concierge team and we will track it down for you.
